When and How do we get the proofs ?
All proofs will be given to you right after your session. We have high quality photo printing on location, so that you can view your pictures right there and then.
Do you use digital photography/products?
YES, we have invested in digital photography and processing of images in the last 3 years, and have found great advantages to using digital photography.
Do you do Black & Whites and are they extra?
YES, we do B&W's. We shoot everything in color, simply for the reason that to go to a B&W is very simple with today's technology, and there are no extra fees to ordering B&W's.
How many proofs do we get ?
The average grad session lasts about 10 - 15 minutes, and you get about15 - 25 images.
How much is the Sitting fee and where does it go?
The sitting fees vary depending on the faculty and institution, as we do profit sharing with the grad councils. A Sitting Fee Credit is also issued towards your order, and is indicated as payment on your order form. (Some faculties set the sitting fee themselves, for which we have no control)
How fast after placing an order do we receive it?
Our turnaround time for orders is on average 3-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders. We are constantly working on improving our turn-around time and leading the industry in getting the photos out to clients.
What about touch-ups ?
Our packages include all basic touch-ups, such as basic skin, hair, wardrobe touch ups. Extensive touch ups or specialized digital work is also available.

Do you provide everything needed for the photo-shoot ?
Yes, we provide everything required in terms of props and gowns and any accessories. You are responsible for your hair and makeup, and for any casual clothes that you would like to have your casuals done in.
